    Slight hick up but in the end they did make it right. My salesman Jorge was excellent and so was the finance. I drove 7 hours because they had the best deal for my budget

    I am writing an update to my previous post. The dealership has done nothing to fix my situation. They responded like they cared and were going to make it right but has not. When I purchased the vehicle I made it clear to my sales rep Pedro and his boss Zach that I do not want them to try to get me a better interest rate because I do not want any additional inquires on my credit. The dealership proceeded to submit their own application without my consent and authorization to my same bank, saying that it was my bank that pulled my credit. The dealership did not use the pre-approval letter I gave to them. Weeks later I find out that the application they submitted put me a co-applicant instead of a personal guarantor which means the loan reports to my personal credit. This was the 4th vehicle I was attempting to purchase with the same bank and I know the personal guarantor loans do not show up on my personal credit. Once I found out that the loan was reporting on the my personal credit I went to the dealership and spoke with Jose the finance person who processed my deal initially and he promised me he would get it fixed. He was going to get with his contact at the bank to see if they can flip the deal to how it was supposed to be or just cancel the deal and re-write the deal. 2 weeks later I followed up with Jose he thanked me for my patience and said he needs to speak with his manager to see how can they fix the deal. Keep in mind I purchased this vehicle on 1/3/24. How much patience I am supposed to have. The fact of the matter is that the dealership did not care about my situation and respect the fact that I did not want them to run my credit and try to shop my deal. They did not get a better interest and they did not submit the application to where my credit was not effected. If they had submitted the application properly this would not be that big of a deal. This is a huge deal to have a loan report to my personal credit when that was never the intention as I have done with my other 3 business vehicles. All of this unprofessional, deceitful, sneaky tactics was just so the dealership could receive a bigger commission/kick back from the bank if they bring the deal to my bank versus using my pre-approval. I was informed that was the case directly from my bank. This dealership cannot be trusted, proceed with caution. Micro manage them, I micro managed the second dealership to ensure everything was done the way I wanted and by the time I got here I was a little to trusting that they would do the right thing. I am I but surprised a big franchise dealership did this but they did have a change of ownership recently. I guess this is how they do business. To the owner of this page. No need to post and tell me who tell email as I did send an email to Jorge as you stated and he never responded. If you truly want to make this right someone needs to contact me. If there is a satisfactory resolution I will update my review. Thank you
