        I originally inquired online and worked with Mark, he was quick and responsive. I came in and met with Kevin. I really enjoyed the buying process with both Kevin and Edwin. With the assistance of their sales manager, James, they made the process of buying as seamless and easy as possible. The price point of the car was less than other dealers. I was given a fair price for my trade-in and they included new tires in my deal for my purchased vehicle, this was very generous!

        Salespeople were courteous. All-in-all a good experience. However, we were first presented with a very high dealer prep fee which didnt sit well with us. The Internet special price on the used car suddenly disappeared so it felt like a bait and switch situation. After a while, we were able to negotiate the dealer prep fee to a more reasonable rate.
