We purchased our new Acura 2022 MDX from Brittany and had an amazing experience. We have purchased vehicles for over 30 years and I have never had a better, more seamless and relaxing auto purchase experience in all those years than we did with Brittany. We called in and after speaking with Brittany, explaining what we needed and that we were towing our camper with it, she called us back two days later with the perfect vehicle. Salesperson, Kassidy was amazing. Her presentation of the car was fantastic! She had a lot of knowledge of the car features and explained it in detail. Never felt pressured, making a positive experience. Great communicator, keeps in touch with you and ensures your questions are answered. Zach and Alex in finance were fair with the transaction. Purchased a beautiful 2022 TLX A Spec. I highly recommend her and Maus Acura for your next car purchase. A+

Alex F did a very good job from the first contact & the presentation of the vehicule up to the sale process. Alex has also been able to find quickly the car I was looking for with the right colors variation. I highly recommend his service. Albert was also very professional and knowledgeable regarding the financing process. Overall, very good experience with Maus Acura!

I was in search of a truck in a tough market and was calling everywhere trying to find what I wanted. I was on Maus Acura website, having done a Google search a Jeep because I was sick of being disappointed. When I finally spoke with Alex Williams, I shared my frustration truck-search frustration with him. He asked me what specific things I would use a truck for and the features I wanted. He patiently listened, and I talk A LOT. He took the time to explain the market to me, and why I was having such a tough time. He also took the time to FaceTime me on the lot as he walked around since I don't live close by. He told me that if I was willing to let go of the idea of my dream vehicle being a truck, he could still get me all the things I needed AND all the things I wanted, but in an SUV instead. I wasn't super excited at first, and he showed me an SUV they had gotten as a trade-in. I initially said no, thanks but no thanks. I ended up going online the next day and looking at it anyway. He was right! It had everything that would meet my towing and transport needs, and all the accessories and extras I wanted. He made it so easy, and in 48hrs it was done at a price I was happy with and a service contract that will keep this single mom from having to worry about her car for a long, long time. I flew into Tampa, and he arranged transportation to the lot and I drove my car home. It's been 6 months and I still absolutely love my SUV! So grateful for Alex and the Maus Acura team that made my purchase as easy and stress free as possible.
