    I was in search of a truck in a tough market and was calling everywhere trying to find what I wanted. I was on Maus Acura website, having done a Google search a Jeep because I was sick of being disappointed. When I finally spoke with Alex Williams, I shared my frustration truck-search frustration with him. He asked me what specific things I would use a truck for and the features I wanted. He patiently listened, and I talk A LOT. He took the time to explain the market to me, and why I was having such a tough time. He also took the time to FaceTime me on the lot as he walked around since I don't live close by. He told me that if I was willing to let go of the idea of my dream vehicle being a truck, he could still get me all the things I needed AND all the things I wanted, but in an SUV instead. I wasn't super excited at first, and he showed me an SUV they had gotten as a trade-in. I initially said no, thanks but no thanks. I ended up going online the next day and looking at it anyway. He was right! It had everything that would meet my towing and transport needs, and all the accessories and extras I wanted. He made it so easy, and in 48hrs it was done at a price I was happy with and a service contract that will keep this single mom from having to worry about her car for a long, long time. I flew into Tampa, and he arranged transportation to the lot and I drove my car home. It's been 6 months and I still absolutely love my SUV! So grateful for Alex and the Maus Acura team that made my purchase as easy and stress free as possible.
