Gettel Acura

I had good service at a fair price until two years ago. Then, I was scammed for over $1700 by a new service rep. I was told that I was overdue for 7 year service. I could find no information on this requirement anywhere in my booklet or by calling Acura. A new incentive plan must have been instituted at Gettel dealerships. Avoid Gettel or be very areful.

This now my 7th or 8th Acura purchased and my 1st at Gettel. My recent experience at Gettel Acura was the BEST of any previous purchases.

The service writer was very helpful, however the end product was misleading, which is the kindest word I can use. First we were told the timing belt needed to be replaced. This was not only due to age but it was stated that the belt was wet and the system leaking. Not true. I took it to my mechanic who inspected it thoroughly including camera and found no leak at all. Second whe I arrived home my side sensors were inoperative. They were functioning when I brought the car in. What did the mechanic do, purposely disconnected or just not reconnected after inspection. Not a in my opinion a dealership I would trust

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Gettel has it down, from sales to service. Buying a car is a stressful, overwhelming experience - no matter what. I've purchased 2 used vehicles here and couldn't be more pleased with the amount of professionalism and courtesy, not to mention competitive pricing. They align well with the service dept, that is also exceptional. Shout out to Richard Tufano, Senior Sales Rep, who guided me on my recent purchase. He was very informed, communicative, straight forward, and went above and beyond to help me. 5/5 stars
