I had previously left a pretty honest and transparent review that had rated Element 47 in not the brightest light. The reason for the updated review and rating is largely all in part to our new property manager Gio. On Gio's second day he reached out, empathically listened, noted my suggestions and concerns, and then got right to work. I was blown away by how quickly he took action and each time he followed up with updates as progress was made. Since Gio's take over we've had increased resident communication, property wide restoration projects, and the overall up keep of the property has been much much better. Props to him, it's long over due but Element 47 is in great hands.

This place used to be a great place to live in Denver, but that is no longer the case. The management team is horrible at communicating and offers no help for their residents. If you plan on renting in Denver, rent somewhere else.

Living at Element 47 has been a lovely experience, clean and maintained amenities, quiet neighborhood, good people, and there is so much to offer in this area. I highly recommend.

My wife and I have lived at Element 47 since 2017, and have seen many upgrades to the complex along the way. We have continued to stay because of the friendly support and care that we’ve experienced from the office team. Most recently, we had an amazing experience with Meagan Flores, who has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure our experience has been nothing less than stellar. We live here because of the community, but we stay because of the excellent service. From some of your longest running tenants, thank you!
