QUIN

This is the best apartment complex Ive lived in, by far, and most of the reason for that is the staff. Love these dudes! In no other building will you get same or next day maintenance. They put on cool events all the time for tenants. The text messages from the staff are actually helpful and relevant. Its the perfect sized building, too. The floor plans make sense, the kitchens have absurd storage, and the secure parking is actually secure. Hail QUIN \m/

I want to publicly say a huge thank you to Murray, Ben and Paul for their professionalism and exemplary customer service . My Esposo Chris and I have lived here since October 2021 and we have our home surrounded by all the fun a y great city like Denver, Colorado can offer !!! Go nuggets and congratulations to the fans !!!! Im a believer ! I feel safe here and even more so at night with the extra security around the building provided by Quin apartments !! The management goes above and beyond here. Just moved 5 days ago (Nov 2023) from Mexico. The zillow listing is not too good to be true, it is true! Appliances are great, water pressure is great, rooms and closets, bathrooms, kitchen all for us are great. Staff and maintenance is extremely personable, friendly, helpful, and proactive. Get to know them, they are all friendly people. I will update my review after 3, 6, etc months 3 month update: all is still good! All staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance responds quick and does the job well. Neighbors are friendly. Its quiet and clean. Mailroom and elevators are all good!

Been living here 8 months and loving it so far. The staff is great and the building is kept very clean. Will most likely renew when our lease is up.

Have been here for almost a year, it's a great community. The location in Denver is great and we really enjoy the neighborhood.
