This is the worst building around. As a loyal resident for 3 + years diligently paying all rent/utilities on-time with no issues, I was not able to renew my lease and my security deposit in entirety was withheld with no evidence/support or documentation as to why. My honest opinion is that the management bullies with no concern for the health, safety and wellness of their resident population as evidenced by the disrepair, lack of responsiveness and sheer lack of care and consideration by the management team.
With the number of homeless entering the building and smell of substances in and around the building, I do not know why anyone would electively consider renting here.

Because manager was sick after telling me and friend no problem we can rent to you waited weeks for her to get back we were forced to rent anything. We were left in motel kinda because she made it seem like it would happen and didn’t :

Honestly love to give it negative stars. Hello, current resident for one more day. I originally had a lease for a year but because of all the break ins and my packages being stolen with no communication from the management office I attempted to end my lease date six months early. This didn’t happen without a fight. I had to ultimately threaten with a lawyer and call corporate in order to get out of the lease. I have a lot of documentation of homeless sleeping in the hallways, packages being stolen and left behind in the package room, absolutely no communication from the management office, police reports filed and on top off all of that they had my car towed, not once but twice. Less than 8 hours from be picking it up the first time. The police station told me to not park it in the building so I’m parking it at a hotel currently. This has cost me about 700 and hours of my time just days before moving. Absolutely no notification of the tow happening or confirmation that the tow happened when I confronted management . I purchased several cameras while staying here because I felt my safety was at risk and still currently feel that way. I’ve never felt more disrespected in my life. Please do yourself a favor and move literally anywhere else but here! As a single female who’s work schedule switches this was the worst to happen. RUN!
