Its a newly renovated apartment, but sloppily done. My dishwasher hits the fridge and doesnt open all the way, bathroom fans in the whole building dont work, paint splatters from renovations on the floor, etc. Also they didnt swap out the windows so everything is single pane and has gaps. You can hear a conversation outside from a few floors up (with your windows closed). Still a solid apartment, just be aware of that. Building is run by Redpeak which is alright. Just be aware that they are a big company and dont necessarily prioritize this building. Responses about maintenance have been good in my experience (minus the bigger issues I mentioned above). Interactions with the leasing office have been fine, but inconsistent at times. TLDR; Decent apartment but a lot of the nice looks are superficial cause of the poor renovations. Management has been fine, but know youre working with a big company so your requests compete against people in other buildings.

The entire RedPeak community and staff have been extraordinary in assisting my circumstances due to a family loss this past March of a loved one and they have stood by me and help me through this difficult time both by allowing a program to assist me in rent to take place and I would recommend not only the property RedPeak properties any one of them but just to know that they treat you like family!

Love this place! Love all the new upgrades and nice area! Highly recommend it!
