The room was very cute - photos are a bit deceptive as they spread out the furniture and used exaggerated viewpoints. The loft is only big enough for a bed. It was a tight fit for a couple - perfect for a solo guest. It all served its purpose and overall was comfortable. Safety: Very safe - located in a family neighborhood surrounded by businesses. Walkability: You are very close to downtown - simply walk across the bridges over I 25 & The Platte River and you are in LoDo.

The main issue I had with this hotel is noise. You can hear everything in the hallway from your room. We were on the first floor near the back door. It was slamming throughout the night. I wish they put a slow close on it. During the weekend people were very loud and drunk in the hallways. It snowed when we were there so we were also woken up in the early morning by shoveling right under the windows. I wish the rooms were sound proofed a lot more. Since being able to sleep through the night is kind of the only requirement for a hotel. I did use the provided white noise machine and ear plugs and still had issues being startled awake by loud noises throughout the night.

Stayed in multiple units in this building over a few months after a move to the area and had issues in every single one: - first, the advertised size of a studio unit on the site is 313sq ft. Only one of the five studios I was in was actually over 313 (the smallest was 253sq ft!) - the wifi went out for 24 hours while I had to work. I received an email it was fixed when it still wasnt. - I had a toaster that set off breakers every single time, a kettle that leaked, cold water was turned off in the kitchen sink, a toilet that was flushing with hot water, yet youd constantly find yourself taking lukewarm showers because there wasnt enough hot water for the whole building, bad shower water pressure, paper thin floors and walls (I was woken up by people on the phone next door or moving furniture upstairs). - the worst was when the city had to do water main work. We were only notified after the water had been clearly shut off for hours. It was supposed to be resolved that day. When there was still no water the next day, I inquired about whether Sonder would provide water of any sort and they said they were on it. Some 30 hours after the shutoff they provided tiny water bottles in the lobby. There was a second shutoff we were notified of and this time they were more proactive about providing two tiny water bottles per unit. I understand this may have been unforeseen, but the response was completely inadequate. Going 24+ hours without water and only receiving barely enough for one person to hydrate for 6 hours, let alone washing anything or showering, is not acceptable. The location is great and the units were clean, but I wouldnt say its worth the hassle or the price.

Always very clean and consistent between locations. Great for a short stay while visiting family or business. Elevator was out when we arrived and staff rushed to our assistance and carried our bags up. Everything perfect except the bench at the end of the bed! Its too long and my husband kept hitting into it so we had to move it. Since its a tiny room you need a landing place or additional seating but get a smaller one.

The loft apartment was lovely, super easy to get to and the space under the stairs was perfect for tucking suitcases out of the way. The little touches were extremely thoughtful (I appreciate an apartment that leaves you some dishwasher tablets, laundry pods and surface spray). Senor Bear across the road is great for a light dinner and it was nice to have a full size fridge for leftovers. If I was going to stay in Denver for a longer period, I would definitely book this apartment again. My only suggestion would be to rope in a local artist (there are 2 galleries within a block) to paint the loft. Looking at all that wood had my fingers itching to throw some colour on there. Food & drinks: There are so many great eateries around and I almost wanted to stay longer just to try them all. Delivery distance for Killer Dillas and The Bacon Social House. Senor Bear across the road and walking distance to Uncle Ramen.

Business Response on Google Feb 19th, 2024
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the numerous issues you encountered during your stays with us. It is disheartening that there were discrepancies in the advertised sizes — our team is reviewing our listings to ensure they are accurate. We understand the frustration and inconvenience the WiFi and water outages caused, particularly during crucial times while you were working and during the water main work. We understand that our actions fell short of expectations, and we will work to improve our communication and response protocols in such situations. We hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future and show you more seamless visits.
