They will find any and anything to keep your deposit and add additional charges after move out . Also they have glass stove tops and if its not sparkling clean theyll charge you for it . Mine had normal wear and tear from cooking they still charged . If you are not liked by the management there believe you will be targeted. We had the clubhouse reserved for my sons birthday party in July on a Sunday management knew it was our event and turned the Ac off . Any other time it is on and working well. The manager showed up to the complex and was just hanging out by the pool area we felt like we were being watched . It was a Sunday office was closed there was no reason for him to be there . Next day the ac was on and working just fine in the club house .

Everyone that works here is so kind and attentive. If you have any issues, they help out immediately and their communication is wonderful. Management is lovely, apartments are gorgeous and amenities are great. Denver gem!!

Big huge sinks, lots of thoughtfully built in storage, friendly people, garages, responsive management, beautiful finishes. The managers are doing their job.. I like it here! Thank you to Josh for helping us through the whole process and making it easy to understand. 1. Nice gym with great amount of equipment 2. Got tub open year round 3. Fenced in dog park! 4. Clubhouse open 24 hours! 5. Pool table! 6. Garages! 7. Light rail is 2 blocks away ...and so much more!

10/10 would recommend! I could not be more thankful for a property management team that continually improves the complex & resident experience. Thank you Chad, Damon, Josh, & Eddie for the great work you do and for making my time at Encore a fantastic experience!
