apartments is turning to a circus, drinking everywhere, kids are playing soccer, baseball on grass around buildings, trash isn't picked up for days, partying everyday, loud music, people at swimming pool at 3 am partying , plus no one cares at leasing office..don't recommend it to anyone honestly..

DO NOT, SERIOUSLY, DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DO. Worst place I have ever lived in 40 years. I had rats in my walls, bugs, THERE WAS A SHOOTING RIGHT BEHIND ME WHERE 8 SHOTS WERE FIRED MY FIRST WEEK HERE, SHOULD HAVE IMMEDIATELY MOVED OUT THEN, so mad I stayed. Paper thin walls & you cant get any sleep with all the loud music in the middle of the night with people driving by, people below me smoke cigarettes & weed & it comes in my apartment, I had to move mainly because of it & they could give me a break & not make me pay an extra 9 days after rent is due, but they wont help you & they will screw you even though you are having to spend a ton of money moving & double rent, they dont care. Worst part is they say you will pay $1,200 in rent then they tack on another $300 a month in charges they dont tell you about before for all these extra things you dont need. My power bill is high & they charge you $100 or more for water. A pipe broke in our building & they charged us extra money on the water bill when I was told they wouldnt. Maintenance steals your medications etc I have waited months to have things fixed, you get locked out of your apartment constantly with their door code system when the key pad glitches out & you are stuck until the following day to get in & have no one to let you in after 5 pm & it happened to me 4 times. People in the community are ghetto. There is a big huge whole in the chain link fence behind my apartment & it has been that way the entire time I have lived here, so no security & the gates never worked the whole time except the only front a couple days. All the drawers in my apartment fell apart. My white counter tops when I moved in were yellow & there is no way to clean them. Apartment was dirty when I moved it & they just painted over nails. I could go on & on. Be thankful you saw this review & now you know better. Keep looking, there are much better places for less money. I found one, much nicer with granite countertops & stainless appliances for less rent than here & bills are included in a better part of town. Good luck!
