Cockroaches everywhere. Elevators didnt work for 6 months in a row. Garage door always broken, sometimes it doesnt open and you have to wait for someone else to leave the garage, sometimes it doesnt close so people get in and cars get robed. Ive seen cars parked inside, standing on bricks with the tiers gone. Management is unhelpful, last time I needed a key it took me 2 phone calls and 3 trips to the leasing office to finally get it done. Had to move out of state for work. A month later I got an invoice for an oven top replacement saying that it was damaged when I left the property. I was extremely shocked as you can see in the picture that it was left clean. I asked for pictures but I was only provided a copy of the leasing agreement which was still unjustifiable because there was no damage done. Just my advised to future tenants, PLEASE ASK FOR SOMEONE IN THE LEASING OFFICE TO DO A WALK THROUGH OF YOUR APARTMENT BEFORE YOU MOVE IN AND BEFORE YOU MOVE OUT AND MAKE SURE TO TAKE VIDEOS AND PICTURES. I just wish management were honest but you live and you learn. Other than that, I had a great time living here. The pool was nice. Gym could use a remodeling and the elevators kept breaking. MAINTENANCE TEAM was top notch!! Leasing office staff were great and always polite!! I wish I could say I'll be back but I hope this review helps others.
