    Absolutely wonderful place to live! The office staff are friendly. The manager is on top of everything and makes sure things operate smoothly and in a timely manner. The maintenance is very quick and responsive. I am very happy with every experience and interaction I have had with all of the staff.

    PRESTON POINTE In response to your disagreement with my review on Google, which is not a lie since I am doing it based on what I have experienced here during the last 3 years; I clarify your answer point by point: -Gym: in the 3 years I have lived in this residence it has never been available. Two weeks ago I actually received the notification that it began to work (two weeks does not compensate for three years without operation) But my comment is based on the time prior to these two weeks where in order to use the gym facilities you had to make a request for one. key under a schedule and when making this request the response was the gym is closed, it is not working -Pool: it was only working for a couple of weeks, not all summer, because the pool turned green and they did not constantly maintain it. -The pests: these have been since I arrived at this residence. On more than one occasion I personally insisted on the office to carry out a fumigation because the spoons even reached my bed. I did not receive the expected response. In three years only two people came to inspect and they only placed a localized treatment in the kitchen area that did not work, not a single dead roach. Finally, on my own, I have been treating this plague day by day, spending my money for it. -Electricity Contract: The complex does not allow you to make a personal electricity contract to be able to keep track of electricity consumption in each home. They send a monthly bill for exuberant amounts when only the refrigerator remains on in the apartment (which, by the way, a few years ago I also requested that they check it because it has a bottle of water and I couldn't get it fixed either) -The gates: in your email you tell me that the gates are only open during limited hours from 7 am to 7 pm. But on 12/02 at 12:45 am thieves entered the property and were able to steal the 4 tires/wheels of my vehicle. -The walls deteriorated due to humidity: I personally went on several occasions to carry out the dimensioning of the wall with humidity and it took them more than 2 weeks to come to check at that time and the repair they did was only to paint the humidity and the problem continued when they returned to come the rains. -Security issue: apart from the fact that the gates are constantly open, which makes no sense since they are electric and have a key to enter the complex, there are no surveillance cameras anywhere that tenants can count on when entering. some accident (such as the theft of my tires). We only have the cameras that you can place at the door of your house for security, and when something happens that affects the tenant you wash your hands simply saying that you are not responsible but unfortunately you do have the responsibility of maintaining the gates. closed to be able to protect our security in a certain way and prevent thieves from entering... which was not the case. -Air conditioning: last year I think I made no less than 22 calls and about 7 emails complaining that the air conditioning was not working, I am a person who works from 3am to 8pm every day and I came home without to be able to rest because the heat was unbearable when they took the air call they only did a gas refill and the failure continued for days and I am sure that this summer it will be the same. It seems in bad taste that without having information beyond the few records that it claims to have of my complaints, it tries to deny the comments I made in the Google review; As I said at the beginning, they are based on my three years of experience living in the complex. Today I feel quite affected and very afraid that my vehicle will be stolen or my house robbed since I do not have any type of security in the complex. Sincerely; Daniel Herrera
