Horrible place to live ! They don't fix anything or answer phone ! They are infested with cockroaches !!! Especially Bernard 2901 do not move in there ! They charge for pest control and you have to go in office to get on the list each time you need them to go spray and it doesn't work !

I've only been here three weeks and I must say I'm VERY concerned and definitely reconsidering.No one answers the phones in the office. You put in reports NO RESPONSE. It's been two weeks and nothing has been fixed. I hope this helps to reach someone who cares !!!

Worst place ever DO NOT RENT HERE. its been hell since Ive moved in. Resident service staff very rude when you stop by the office since theyre app to pay online never works so they keep adding late charges ( probably done on purpose cause they tell you they are gonna fix it and never do )or to ask to have something fixed , which they never show up . You have to pay on your own to have it fixed and they dont reimburse for it . Its been 4 months and every time it rains the roof leaks Ive sent requests and they never repair. Mold is forming between walls already. Hidden costs they didnt tell you before signing contract so you get stuck with them. And that charge for valet trash and they dont even come and pick up as scheduled. In the weekend theres trash all over, flies and gnats from the trash laying days before they decide to pickup oh and the ask for broken boxes to be placed next to the trash bags for pick up but then they dont want to take it. They want it into small pieces and in a trash bag when the contras specify to be just broken and next to the secured trash bag . LOTS of ROACHES too !!! Supposedly they fumigate your apartment and is clean but is full of cockroach droppings when they finally let you see it. After signing the contract. ( They show a model apartment and the one they give you its nothing remotely close to what they show you ) and your stock since the contract is signed SO BEWARE !!! They even charge $4.50 a day to have family or friends park when they come and visit even is its a couple of hours they have to pay in order not to get towed away . Worst Management Ive ever encounter in my life .

If I could give NO star would they clearly rob me of my money an why I say that is because I went in putting in a application needing to move at the end of the month no nothing was communicated to me I kept calling them come to find out the whole office team was fired leaving me to go else where which Im perfectly fine with that I can only imagine if I would have took a lease here Ill be ready to fight about my hard earn money literally anyway let me go finish reporting them it may not seem like much 210 but Im a single mom an work hard an dont have no money to be giving away
