I swear this place literally robs you. VERY upset with the way they handle a situation. Rent was submitted on time, we gave proof funds were in fact in the account, and contacted the bank to make sure it wasn't on their end. Never have an an issue in the almost 2 years we've been here and now all of a sudden there is? Yea, I dont recommend.

Honestly, this place is what you make it. I have yet to see an apartment complex (and I've lived in quite a few) that's anywhere near perfect. We've been here since 2019. We transferred to a larger unit last month. Overall, we have definitely had things that needed to be fixed upon move-in. We submitted countless issues, and Andres (our maintenance man) has been super patient and quick to act. Being that he is one person responsible for all of maintenance, I think he's doing a great job. He can't be everywhere at once. He has also come by on days when the leasing office is closed, so that's appreciated too. We have called emergency maintenance in the past, and they have been quick and efficient as well. My biggest gripe is that we've seen a few roaches since moving into the new unit, but they had pest control come out within 2 days of letting them know. They also confirmed with us that pest control had treated, and they told us they would return in 10 days if the treatment didnt take. I will say that the floor/ceiling situation is thin. We used to live on the 4th floor, so we never heard anyone or anything. We think our upstairs neighbors probably have smaller kids, so we definitely understand the little bit of noise here and there. Otherwise, we have liked living here. We feel safe, and we are comfortable in the neighborhood. Cheryl is always incredibly responsive when we reach out, and she has done what she can to help us.
