Changed my rating from a 5 star review to a 1 star because this place has gone SERIOUSLY downhill since I first moved in 2 1/2 years ago. The current management cannot seem to keep even one maintenance man (they all end up quitting) or maintain the property in any way if she isn’t being micromanaged. So any maintenance issues you may have will end up on the back burner for so long that, in my time here, the following has happened: I’ve been without AC for a week, been without hot water for 3 weeks, and just got done dealing with a major mold issue because they completely ignored every call I made to report water damage in the ceiling for easily 8 months. I had to get in touch with this property’s manager to finally get the mold clear. MOLD. That was in all 3 layers of the drywall in the ceiling. (1. Why are there 3 layers of drywall in the ceiling? The plumbers said they’d “never seen anything like it, except in a hospital.” 2. The leak had been allowed to get so bad that it went through THREE layers of drywall.) I wouldn’t recommend this place to strangers, let alone friends and family. Save yourself a headache (and rent) and go elsewhere.

i've lived here since September 19, and I am very pleased. My son and I go feed the geese at least a couple times a week. Its beautiful over here!
