        I moved down to VA from Ohio as a travel nurse and was scrambling to find a furnished place that I liked. I found The Reserve at Rivington and it was definitely a huge win! Lindsey and Raymon took care of everything for me, I made the drive here and had a beautiful home waiting for me and ready to live in with minimal stress. I absolutely love it here from the amenities (love the pool and gym so much!), to the office staff, to maintenance. I have had to have maintenance here for minor things and theyve been amazingly receptive, quick and personable. I also cannot say enough how helpful the trash service is!! Love the trash fairies! If you need anything at all, its super easy to get ahold of people. Nowhere is going to be perfect for everyone, this is close though! All complaints Ive seen on the reviews have either been resolved or they are attempting to resolve them and that is always communicated via email any changes/improvements theyre making. I love living here and plan to extend my travel contract so I can stay here a while longer! Edit: my two year mark is coming up! Wow, does time fly! This is still home

        I have lived at the reserve at rivington for over 2 years. I have even referred people who have moved in. Dont bother with the referral program. They will not give you what they say they will for referring people. I had a friend move in beack in July 23' and still haven't gotten the referral bonus even after talking to the front office staff. At this point, im not counting on ever getting it. I have enjoyed living here, however. It's a great intro place to the Chester/ Richmond area. Love the safe environment it provides for my family, and the amenities are great. This apartment complex can not compare to any other! Sad to leave, but the rent is too high to stay.
