        AWFUL. While transferring ownership of an apartment to my friend they conned me out of a $500 deposit, didn't fix ANYTHING, then charged my friend another $500. They're desperate for money so if you're desperate for a place to be fast or short term go ahead but you'll regret it.

        Moving out because the new leasing company has let this place go downhill. Bugs everywhere. Dirty breezeways. No lights in the parking lot. Trash all over the place. Do not rent here

        Terrible service I sent my application 1 month ago and I never received an answer when there are 3 apartments available after a month they tell me that there is no apartment available. They give preference to other people bad service

        Do NOT rent here unless you know how to handle unprepared and shadey property management. Laundry room is always dirty and smells, property manager Sheila is quick to "forget" lots of things if it means charging you more rent or fees, and people often trash the laundry rooms and lots. Other than that it is cheap for the area and not in the projects, somewhat quiet as well.
