My HVAC went out on a Sunday late night. It was fixed again Monday morning 10/10 maintenance staff

They get fake good reviews by offering incentives like gift cards for tenants to say something nice about a maintenance experience they had which should be banned since it holds no value to a tenants full experience . Would not recommend unless youre fine with your car being broken into, gunshots, police, fighting in the streets, people getting killed, hearing people through walls & doors, cheap appliances, being overcharged for nothing, being towed for no reason and roaches as your roommate. Dog poop everywhere. Trash everywhere outside the trash shoot. When it gets windy the power has been going out. One time last year it lasted 6 hours! You have to have renters insurance which is crazy since they wont even file a claim under their own master insurance for incidents caused by them for ex pipes bursting due to old age & flooding apartment. Me & my insurance shouldnt be penalized for that. Ryan Davis was warned to not stay here & Im sure he was easily fooled as I hardly see him around anymore. He would always walk around looking afraid lol as he had every reason to.

They go out of their way to make you feel like more than just a number and like a person who matters. For me it started with a phone call with Elizabeth who took almost 45mins to talk to me and answer questions. That was enough to stand shoulders above other places I had called. Then myself and family had the pleasure of getting a tour with Aiwa Miller who was so kind, up front/honest and caring. She was able to address anything we threw at her including some of the less favorable reviews I had seen(and see for ALL places) While other places simply said no you go and apply, good luck Aiwa kept in touch with us while the app was completed so our questions would be answered. She maintained impeccable communication throughout the move in process and made it an easy transition. The maintenance staff has been very friendly in my interactions with them and fixed the little things that have come up. Thankfully nothing major. In fact, the renovated apartment has been very clean and enjoyable. Vaulted ceiling makes it feel much larger! This is not a knock on others but if you are reading this, ask for Aiwa! You will find out what first class treatment feels like! Thankful I chose this place over others!
