Circa Uptown Apartments

Apartment searching and found this gem but unfortunately not available for my move in.

Be warned, they'll slap a boot on your car faster than their system will register you. I was parked a max of 10 minutes and my car got booted even though it was registered and I had a key to get into the garage. No one cared to listen to me; I was shuffled through a phone line for their parking service to get someone to remove the boot. Funny how they can put a boot on a registered vehicle so quick but it takes over an hour to get to me to remove it. Great apartment if you never want to have guests over.

I just moved to Charlotte from Miami & Circa Uptown is a beautiful apartment complex right in the perfect location in uptown! The staff is very welcoming and caring (the concierge Jenni is the absolute best!) Looking forward to staying here for awhile.

I just wanted to say thank you for swiftly handling both of my maintenance issues the other week. The maintenance team was prompt and respectful. They also explained each issue in-depth and explained the solutions they came up with as well. Additionally, please thank Jenni for a wonderful event that was hosted for Thanksgiving. I had a great time interacting with other residents and getting to know Jenni and her husband. Please note, your hard work at keeping this apartment community a COMMUNITY does not go unnoticed.
