Beautiful property! Chelsea and Jennifer are excellent staff and make you feel like family! The best tour Ive seen since my search and reasonable for the area! Very lovely apartment homes!

Nice, quiet community to live in. Anything that needed fixed in our apartment was quickly taken care of. All the staff members were very professional and super nice. Maintenance crew was amazing and very knowledgeable. Huge shout out to Ikell who was also awesome with our dog.

Two of my coworkers recommended this community and when I toured I was met by Ms Janice. She has made the entire process from application to move in to now move out a seamless stress free process. Her grace and kindness far exceeded my expectations and I truly want to acknowledge her! I felt the community was quiet, well kept and my neighbors were friendly but stayed to themselves. The location was convenient and I didnt have any issues. If there was anything to change, I would have preferred flooring over carpet but even that wasnt enough to stop me from moving here. Come tour the community and discover it for yourself.

I went to look for an apartment at Marquis- Carmel Commons. Chelsea Ecuyer (Assistant Community Director) showed me the apartments based on my requirements. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, explained the entire process and answered all the questions patiently. All together she is the best at what she does and the apartments here in this community are really good. I would recommend everyone to checkout this community.

Even though I did not choose to move here, I want to let you know of the 25 apartments I have looked at in Charlotte the last month this one is top tier. Janice at the office was our absolute favorite and she GENUINELY cares. Amazing community, staff, and very solid apartments.
