    Stay away from this place!!! This is the most unhinged thing Ive ever dealt with. The lack of professionalism and communication is beyond me. I have been having issues with my renewal since December and now Im being charged ridiculous fees and trying to speak with someone in upper management is a joke. This is the worst company Ive ever rented from!!! Never again!! The apartments are outdated to for the price youre paying! Definitely pass this community!!

    I have been living at this property for over a year now, and for the most I love my apartment. The issue I have is with the office staff. The lack of communication is terrible. Every time I try to call and speak with someone, its unsuccessful. I have left several voicemails and no one has yet to return my calls. Ive reached out via email and no response either. I work out of town a lot, so going in person is not always feasible. I completed my lease renewal on 12/18/2023 and I thought I was all set for my new lease to begin, boy was I wrong. I am being charged on a month-to-month basis. As I mentioned above, I have tried several times to make contact with the office staff to resolve this matter and it has been impossible. Update: It is now day 5 and nothing has been resolved yet. I actually went to the leasing office on Saturday and spoke with someone about the matter. She assured me that I would hear something back by Monday or Tuesday. I havent heard from anyone, but yet someone can respond to this review. This company is a joke. This is the worst experience Ive ever encountered. If I could move, I definitely would. Im over it!!!
