        The service was unprofessional. I was not greeted when I walked into the store. After standing there for 5 minutes, I asked the guy if he was the only one working. He said no, so I asked him to call the other employee. She came out after two minutes. The male employee stated that I probably was a T mobile customer. I stated that if I wasn't, I wouldn't be in here. Very unprofessional conduct.

        Horrible experience. I suggest you avoid this store and do everything online or at another store. The manager Jean gave me three trackers with my phone purchase that he told me were free. Come to find out he added three lines to my account and I was charged for the trackers.. I received a message today saying I owed 434.00 this month so of course I called customer service and the lady I spoke with broke down everything he added on my account. Luckily she got rid of all the charges and she also reported him. I've been with t mobile almost three years and I'm honestly contemplating leaving them for good. No one deserves to be swindled... I went to buy a new phone and ended up with all this b.s. shoutout to the lady who helped me over the phone. DO NOT TRUST JEAN.. I get he gets paid off commission but he's literally getting over on hard working people...( he kept pressing me to get auto pay through my card.. now I know why) be careful!
