    1 star review for the guy name ali* which doesn't work there anymore and the store Manger which was the short black female that I forgot her name. I forgot what year was this but it's when the s23 ultra phone that had came out. I had came in the store and upgraded my z fold 2 in for the new s23 ultra. The z fold 2 phone should of been removed from my account since I upgraded, once tmobile checked the phone if it's in good condition then they will proceed and give me the s23 ultra. The short lady checked my phone and rested my z fold 2 and I got my new phone. My next phone bill I still had the z fold 2 under my account plus my new s23 ultra! I returned to the store the next week and they told me I just had to wait for the next bill once it cycle, so they void that payment for the z fold! Next bill comes around and It still shows on my bill! I returned to the store and asked them why is my phone bill still has the z fold 2 when I gave them the phone already. The guy Ali said, I had to send the phone to ups because it has to get ship to the tmobile in TX to get it inspected first before they remove it from my phone bill. I told him does he have the receipt that he handed over the phone to get ship. He replied that they don't require a receipt. I told him that my account has a hold on it as in I never shipped my phone. He says everything should be fine and he will file a investigation. 2 more months came by I still had to pay the phone. I returned to the store and the guy Ali said it's still under investigation! I left it alone for 3 more months paying for a phone that I don't even own anymore! I returned once again! I spoke to Ali and I was really fed up. Explain everything again! and I wanted to him to fix it asap! I told him to call customer service live and I'll be there to speak to them also. He was on the phone pertaining he was on the phone with customer service and head to the back for a long time. When he returned he said for me to come back in 2 weeks and he'll fix everything since he talked to the tmobile branch! I left! Came back 2 weeks later and guess what!!!! They said he no longer work there! Basically they stole my phone! I end up paying up my phone! Please people do not give them your phone as trade in or upgrade. Just do your upgrade and ship the phone yourself! The last time I went in there, I asked for the lady who check me out that day and she came out and spoke to me. I Basically told her that they stole my phone but she insisted and said they didn't. Idc they never fixed the problem and I had to pay for the phone that they took. As today date 10/10/23 I will return this weekend and ask do they still work there because they need to get fire! Please go to a different tmobile please! Not this one on sliver spring!

Please people do not give them your phone as trade in or upgrade. Just do your upgrade and ship the phone yourself!
