        Today (February 14, 2024) we arrived at the store 10 minutes before it closed (7:00pm) and the man who greeted us (he was standing at the door) practically closed the door in our face and with a despotic and rude gesture He said that he would no longer attend to us, I told him that there were 10 minutes left and we only needed to change the screen protector that takes 5 minutes, and again in a despotic and rude manner he replied that not anymore and closed the door in our face . I understand that if there was no time to serve us, we could return another day, but the terrible attitude of that man when addressing us is one of the worst I have seen with a person working at TMobile, TERRIBLE, RUDE, DESPOT!! He has a very heavy body, Latino, with a medium ponytail, and is short. Too bad about the store, we previously visited it and the ladies were very different from this type.
