The worst place to buy or get repairs on the planet. They over charge and give bad advice. Money hungry! I use to love this place but will not go EVER again. The worst ever!! Repair and sales

Stopped in on my lunch break to get my daughter is trombone repaired. Julian and his staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They were very apologetic that the repair took longer than they expected but I honestly didnt mind because I got to hang out with some really kind folks and even learn some things. I can honestly say that Im pretty grateful that I got to spend my lunch break hanging out at music center!

I bought a mic system because I was under the impression that it was 100% wireless based off how the salesman explained it to me. Got home & looked at it, it has to be plugged up to an outlet. Defeated the purpose that I CLEARLY explained to the salesman. I tried to return it and apparently there is some law in Wisconsin where they cant accept returns on mics, even if you havent used it. Nothing was done to help me. $380 wasted.
