Music Go Round

Anthony- mike and that talented Italian fella, Danny (cant recall the rest of the staffs name) are the most welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable people Ive ever met while shopping at a musical supply store. I walked in looking for bongos and strings and walked out with a $2600 guitar. Yes. I forgot to buy the bongos and strings. The store is just a store (well stocked and neatly organized at that) but the difference with this store is the staff. Keep up the good work gentlemen and I will definitely be a regular shopper at this location for all my future music gear needs. Thank you again!!

Awesome staff that will go above and beyond. From a drummers standpoint, Very nice percussion instruments and good hardware to buy at a good price! Their preowned equipment and instruments are actually very good in quality. They have multiple different cymbal brands such as zildjian, sabian, and dream. Love their programs here too. Their guitar section of the store also looks sweet. My go to music stop

Amazing retail support! Every person inside was patient and helpful with a newbie trying to find something to get for fiddling about. Anthony was specifically such a rad dude answering any questions I had. I'll definitely be a frequent shopper with an atmospheric like that!!

Dropped in about 30 minutes before closing today, looking for new drum heads. We walked in and the two working the counter didn't acknowledge our presence. Window shopped the guitars and basses, made our way to the heads. Still, no greeting, or help from the staff. That was our deciding factor to not make a purchase. Good customer service is the basis of sales. How can a business sell or offer a service if the staff doesn't even offer a hello? Or gauge an interest of what the customer needs, and possibly upsell the want? We could have spent money, even more than we intended too, but instead left with nothing. I hope the owner reads this review and takes into consideration our experience. Could be a lot of lost income besides the $50 drum heads we were going to purchase.
