We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed at our cabin in Coloma by Johnson Mechanical several years ago. We have always had the units serviced by Johnson as well and have been very happy with the service. Last weekend we arrived at our cabin and it was 51 degrees inside (and very cold outside); the furnace was not working. I called the after-hours phone number first thing the next morning (on a weekend), and was immediately helped by Bob, one of the owners. He immediately identified the issue, took the time to walk us through trying to start it up on our own to get it going so we could avoid a service call. Unfortunately it wasn't an easy fix, so Bob got us on the calendar for Monday, 2 days later (in the meantime we used the fireplace to heat the cabin). Shawn came out on Monday and ultimately was able to fix the problem; Johnson stood behind their products and their work and we were very impressed with the level of integrity and service of the company. We are very loyal customers and are happy to support such a stand-up company.
