My daughter had her ears peirced and one fell out the next day. We managed to get it back in only for it to fall out and get lost again a few days later! Brought her back and they re peirced it for free. Amazing customer service. Thanks again for all the help!

Made us wait for an hour to get my nieces ears pierced, then they skipped over us because we werent there and they couldnt find us when we were standing right next to the piercing station watching another girl get her ears pierced. When no one approached us, we went up to the counter 5 minutes late due to the previous girl being scared in which they told us their excuses.. while filling out paperwork with people who did not have an appointment. They told us they cant remember everyone that walks in, and asked if wed like an appointment for tomorrow. Yeah.. because Claires is my first choice for piercings and not an impulse lol. The staff just has no customer service skills whatsoever.
