Worst experience Ive ever had here with an employee. I went last night to get try and get a couple new bras. I noticed that they didnt have my size band, which is 40, in anything in store. I went up to the girls working, and just asked nicely hey, I notice this size isnt here for the wireless bras, is that only online? She looked at me very unamused and very rude said what, are you looking like push up or something? And I said no, just like the normal lightly lined ones she walked over to this one drawer, opened it, looked me and my appearance up and down and said these are the only ones we have in 40, and they run small so good luck with that I stood there in disbelief as to what I heard and just turned around and walked out. I thought this store was supposed to empower women of all shapes and sizes and make them feel comfortable while shopping for intimates, for sure didnt do that tonight, I cant believe they have employees like that working there. Ill never go back.

The website and app have been down the last few days. It's very difficult to purchase anything. And of course it's during the Semi-Annual Clearance Sale. Very disappointing!!

Received a gift card, purchased items online because they dont stock my size in store. Went to return 1 bra today and was told that I cannot be refunded because it was purchased with a gift card, only an exchange is allowed. No other option presented to me and made to feel like I was the inconvenience because how dare I not just want to exchange in store. Maybe carry a 40B and I would!!!!
