The last that assisted me did not know what she was doing even being told the shots we were returning were to big she kept coming back with bigger shoes insisting on bring bigger shoes and that they be tried on didn't even have the same shoes and wanted to bring Different ones of a different style so we told her we would just take the refund. We were returning 2 pair she only refunded for one pair. So then we had to go back again and the second last that helped did much better and was very quick. What about my shipping and handling fees I had to go back twice. I will definitely avoid that first lady in future visits.

I checked the 10am opening time online before going. I waited 27 minutes past opening before I needed to leave. There were two other ladies waiting to get in.
