I joined a family plan with another carrier after being a customer with US CELLULAR that always paid on time. When I switched, they discontinued my auto pay, then told me that I would be charged a fee to pay by phone. I was unable to pay online and was told I could pay at a store, so I wasted a trip only to be told I would still be charged the fee. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and US CELLULAR told me they would waive the final fee to resolve the complaint. When I called to pay, I was told they could not waive the fee, that I could mail the payment, but since the bill was due that day, I would be charged a late fee. Will absolutely NEVER go back to this company.

I have been a US Cellular Customer for a long time. They are Busy, I called and left my Number and he got back 2 me before the end of the Day. I talked 2 Tyler Today the Store Manager about the upcoming S24 Ultra and he could not have done a Better Job. He Answered all my ?S and was Pleasant on the Phone. 10/10

I needed help because I mistakenly deleted my home page on my cell phone, and I am not necessarily smarter than a 5th grader when it comes to cell phone technology. Suzi at Appleton East fixed my problem; 'got it up and running again in no time. I would NOT have been able to do what she did for me, and I would still be frustrated, so THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Suzy!!
