Absolutely terrible store. They were apparently running a fake promotion. I signed up to trade in my old phone to receive a new phone free as long as you signed up for for the middle plan. Turns out they volunteered me for the the most expensive plan that is not not even advertised on their website, the most expensive device protection(I chose no protection when I signed up), the phone is not free and I am paying installments on which means they literally stole my already paid off phone. I called cooperate and they don't even know what they could have been doing in this store. Fudging numbers by lying to people and screwing them over! Avoid this place at all costs.

Employees are very helpful. But the service on the north end of portage is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Kinda ridiculous and very frustrating that you cant get any service outside of Walmart. Its been like this for years. I know I have asked about it and many other people I know have asked about it too. With nothing being done about the service. Got my son a tablet from spectrum with data. We are gonna try it out for service and if its good I will be switching.
