The employess are typically understanding and helpful except for today. A young girl, early to mid 20's gave me attitude when I came in to ask a simple question. 2/16 2 p.m. Her demeanor was less than professional. I mean, I'm sure she deals with many senior citizens who are clueless, but I don't portray that stereotype and shouldn't have been treated that way. Btw, my problem was not resolved

Jason at USCellular in Waupaca has been a godsend I am technically challenged and he is so patient kind and funny when I come in frequently lol with questions I am extremely grateful for Jason

We recently had an upgrade to our business phone and it would not allow service after that. Jason at Waupaca Wireless assisted through the process and after a few days was able to repair the phone several times and politely assisted throughout several days to get everything working again. Thanks Jason.
