        Took a while to get help because it was really busy. We understood that and didn't mind waiting once we were acknowledged. But no one said anything to us. We had to stop someone to ask for assistance after about 15 min. Unfortunately, we couldn't switch over to Verizon due to them not servicing our area. Excellent customer service skills once it was our turn.

        Went to see about a change in plans. Got mixed signals from the rep and so called manager. Completely different story from what I was told when I called Verizon customer service. Will never go to the store on Calumet again. Very disappointing.
