        Follow up: the next month, Verizon surprised us with a nasty around $100 extra charge not disclosed by Aaron at the Verizon store for going to unlimited data. They claimed was "prorated" for going to unlimited data. Later bills about $10 extra/month. At first customer service said they can reverse it, then they waffled. Not exactly a "few" extra dollars per month. Cellular companies need to disclose terms in writing, not make hollow promises. My previous review said: Aaron was very helpful, quickly set up each of our phones to display per each phone holders name and advised us on unlimited data which will be a big improvement and a better value for our family

        I had such a seamless experience upgrading my phone at this location thanks to Thomas! He was patient, knowledgeable & did everything he could to make sure I was getting the best deal. Im thankful for his help as this was my first time upgrading my phone and wasnt familiar with the process. He was great!! Couldnt recommend him enough.
