My husband and I had a great experience working with Jace when selling our home. He was amazing! Jace is very knowledgable, professional and his experience really showed through each step from listing to closing. He's also friendly and a fun person to work with and helped put us at ease through what could be a stressful process. Our house sold faster than expected and we are so glad we had Jace to navigate us through the entire journey!

After dealing with 4 different realtors, trying to find one that is responsive and professional throughout the process, Jace became our realtor. He is the hardest working realtor we know, informative, professional, communicative, and has an outstanding attitude throughout the buying and selling process. My wife and I can't recommend him highly enough! I would give him 6 stars if I could!

I feel inclined to point out that this is my first Google review, as typically I am just not very active when it comes to online communities. I received a referral to work with Jace when my home search eventually led me across the river to Vancouver, and I was lucky to get the opportunity with him. Jace is simply fantastic to work with and a consummate professional. He went above and beyond the call of duty. When you work with Jace, you will always feel like his most valuable client. He was always one step ahead of the process and provides high touch service, including frequent updates and market outlooks. He is also a fantastic communicator and he walked me, a first time buyer, through every step of the home buying journey. As a Washington native, he knows the area like the back of his hand. He was able to answer all of my questions and then some, giving further exploration recommendations that helped me really get a feel for the surroundings. Jace has top notch negotiation skills and an extended network of experts to rely on throughout the process. There wasnt a moment that I didnt lean on Jace for his knowledge and expertise. I cant recommend his services enough. If youre considering working with him, look no further; youve found your guy.
