        We called and spoke with James about one of his listing, one that he is the Broker, owner AND builder of, he said he would send us information on the home and to schedule a showing, and he never responded to texts, and never followed up on the information. I am also a Real Estate Broker in another state and we are looking to purchase a personal home. Based on things said during our conversation and his lack of follow through, I would not do business with this agent.
