Ken was wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend Ken for your realtor. He helped us every step of the way to sell our house. We did a remodel based off his recommendations and were able to sell the house for more. He gave great advice for staging the house. He is very professional, patient, kind and attentive. He responds quickly to texts/phone calls/emails. He always met in person at our house when we needed him and worked into the late hours for contract negotiation. He went the extra mile and joined us at our closing meeting with the title company. Thank you Ken.

Having bought and sold homes 4 in the past we thought we have met many fine realtors over the years. However after working with Ken to sell our Vancouver WA home we now the real meaning of a true professional in the Real Estate field.
