Bonnie is truly amazing. She helped my family buy our first home! She then turned around years later to help us find our new dream home and to sell our first home. She truly goes above and beyond as a realtor. Bonnie has amazing communication skills and was constantly updating us about everything that was going on. When it came to selling our house she paid close attention to detail including social media posts, ads, and much more. In addition, if we had any questions she was readily available to us. Bonnie is truly the best! She matched our energy, she communicated thoroughly and clearly, and she made sure that we felt comfortable every step of the way. She worked with our schedule. Seriously, I texted her so many times with random questions at random times and she answered all of them in a very timely manner. I will be recommending her to every person who asks me about a realtor. People tell you that the process of first time home-buying is a terror. Bonnie was with us every step of the way and made the process as easy as it could be. She gave us honest opinions and amazing recommendations. In the end, we felt very secure and happy with our purchase. We couldnt have been happier with the experience!

We bought our first house with Bonnie's help at the very end of 2021, the height of the "12 offers in one day" period. Our odds didn't seem great, but Bonnie was super quick, responsive, and supportiveeven around the holidaysand we managed to get a house we love. I'll say that she lets you as the prospective buyer lead the process, so make sure you're an engaged participant in the search and the partnership will be a lovely one.

I had a phenomenal experience working with Bonnie Irby.
