My experience with Brandon as a real estate agent was truly disappointing and frustrating. From start to finish, his lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unorganized approach left me regretting my decision to work with him. One of the most concerning issues was his chronic tardiness. Brandon showed a consistent disregard for time, arriving late to crucial events such as the closing of the house we purchased and multiple open houses he was meant to facilitate. This lack of punctuality not only reflected poorly on him but also impacted our experience as clients. Communication was another significant problem. Timely updates were practically nonexistent, leaving us in the dark about potential buyers and important developments. Excuses seemed to be his default response whether it was his phone breaking or being sick for days on end. The lack of transparency and seemingly fabricated excuses eroded our trust in his abilities and intentions. Brandon's lack of proactivity was evident throughout our engagement. He failed to take necessary steps to prepare our home for showings and open houses, leaving me to initiate discussions about strategies and timelines. Even worse, he didn't provide a solid pricing strategy backed by data and appeared to come up with recommendations on updates and changes only after the listing was live. His marketing efforts were subpar, to say the least. A glaring example was the absence of a virtual tour, a standard in today's real estate market. The way he priced our home did not align with maximizing its exposure, and his photographer's mistake of including our dog in one of the listing pictures was inexcusable. The level of professionalism demonstrated by Brandon was far from acceptable. His text messages were riddled with spelling errors and run-on sentences, forcing me to decipher his messages repeatedly. This not only reflected poorly on his communication skills but also undermined his overall credibility. Ultimately, our experience with Brandon was so disappointing that we had to part ways. His inability to meet basic professional standards and his questionable approach to real estate left us feeling frustrated and let down. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Brandon to think twice before entrusting him with such an important transaction. In conclusion, Brandon's chronic lateness, poor communication, lack of proactivity, inadequate marketing, and unprofessional demeanor made our real estate journey with him extremely unpleasant. I hope that he takes this feedback constructively to improve his approach and provide better service to future clients.

Addy realty was very helpful at the time we were out of town. They handled A big leak problem in our kitchen and helped to minimize further damage. Our property was handled professionally and with reliability and with a fair price. We highly recommend this company for any servicetheyoffer.
