My experience with Amy Asivdo at Keller Williams was less than satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns about the services provided. From start to finish, there were numerous issues that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Firstly, I believe that our house was significantly underpriced on the market. It seemed as though Amy was more focused on securing a quick deal for herself rather than getting us the best possible outcome. This was evident when she had conversations with the buyer's agent about pricing and disclosed the exact amount of a competing offer without consulting us first. As a client, I expect my agent to prioritize my interests and not discuss sensitive information without my consent. We initially found Keller Williams through a service called Clever, which promised discounted rates. However, despite Amy's assurance that the level of service would remain unchanged, we felt shortchanged during the staging process. She informed us that we would only receive a "light staging" since we were not paying full price for commissions, which was disappointing considering her earlier promises and we likely would have went with a different agent. During an open house, a member of Amy's team expressed dissatisfaction with being there and admitted to not collecting contact information from potential buyers when discussing with another member of his team. This unprofessional behavior reflects poorly on the overall service provided by Amy and her team. Furthermore, Amy hyped up providing a closing gift that we did not request. However, it has been over a month since closing, and we have yet to receive this promised gift. While not a crucial aspect of our experience, it adds to the overall disappointment we feel about the level of service provided. My interaction with Amy Asivdo at Keller Williams was marred by unfulfilled promises, lack of communication, and a general disregard for our best interests.

Thank you for your commitment to the community. I was a vendor at the HOPE Dementia Community Event and it was a great place to have a health fair - the building was accessible for our neighbors who need ramps and the building itself is beautiful. Thank you again for the space and for showing how much you care for the community.

Beware of predatory agents. I got a scam phone call from Andrey trying to buy my front yard to develop into another house. I did not want to be contacted. Don't know how they got my number.

I purchased my home through Keller Williams. Great service and extremely helpful. Did not rush me into a home, they took their time and showed me many options within budget. Highly recommend.
