Home buying in this market has been miserable for us. I've worked with 3 other realtors in the last few years and couldn't get into anything. Then I met Stephanie with Front Door Realty and we started looking at homes. We noticed immediately that Stephanie was different. Her creativity, knowledge, experience and drive to get you into a home sets her far apart from other agents. When we found a home we wanted Stephanie worked her magic and made it happen. We feel so fortunate to have met Julie Baldino in our Oregon coast home search. As out of state buyers, we relied greatly on her to determine whether a home met our standards and was worth making a special trip to check it out ourselves. Thanks to Julies honesty and tireless driving from the Portland metro area to the North Coast of Oregon, we found a beautiful home and moved in this summer. In our opinion, she went above and beyond for us. She was always prompt in getting back to us with answers to our questions and kept us in the loop as our transaction progressed. It was the smoothest real estate purchase weve ever had and is a testament to Julies hard work.

Julie Baldino at Front Door Realty has been invaluable in our quest to buy a house in Oregon. In the process we have seen a dozen of houses of all shapes and sizes all across Oregon and she never complained about them being remote or out of the way. She guided us through numerous inspections, appraisals and price negotiations helping us to get the best deal possible. Not to mention that we have mostly been out of state during the entire process so she had schedule, coordinate and arrange a lot of moving parts directly in our absence, which she did perfectly. Can't recommend her highly enough.

AJ with Front Door was our realtor for the purchase of our first home and he was AMAZING. He has a great personality and is just a real person, which comes in handy when you have a stubborn partner. We really had no idea what we were doing when it came to buying a house, but AJ was there every step of the way to explain everything that was going on. When we found the home we ended up purchasing, the sellers tried to present us with some terms that we didnt agree with and AJ fought for us to get what we needed. It didnt stop at locking in the house either! AJ helped with getting us everything we needed to move and is helping plan/host our first housewarming. Im so grateful that he was recommended to us and will be referring any and everyone I know looking to buy or sell a home to AJ and/or Front Door Realty!

Had a great experience working with Amber at Front Door Realty. She was very responsive to all our questions and concerns and knew the PNW real estate market very well. Did not push us to do anything outside our comfort zone and took the time to ensure our process went smoothly from offer to close. If you are a first time home buyer, I would highly recommend working with Amber; she will answer all your questions and ensure you get the best deal/experience out of the home buying process.
