We worked off and on with Shem Hart for about a year to find the right house. Prior to relocating to Vancouver, we lived in the Seattle area. Shem was always there for us; he knew what we were looking for; and he showed us a number of houses before finding the house we now live in. He always followed up and was unfailingly polite and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone needing the services of a realtor. And thanks to Melanie and her team for a job well done.
