German Flooring

The product quality is excellent, I couldn't be happier with the way it looks and feels. Unfortunately my rating is based not on the product but on the service surrounding the installation, which began a little before Thanksgiving and is still unfinished as of today, January 24th. I have an unending string of text messages from the Service Manager in the Vancouver office promising over and over that the last few items would be taken care of, but somehow never was, so dissappointing. So at this point I will just either try to finish it myself or just live with it unfinished, but waiting around for someone to do their job is just no longer an option. So dissappointing.

We have been working with German floors team for several as an account holder. Max Is always friendly, knowledgeable and always to ready to help. Never a mishap. The choices in flooring and tiles are excellent as well. Thank you for the smiles even at busiest times!

I've been looking for floors online and locally, when I found german flooring with all the great reviews about Max I had high expectations so decided to check out their store. He was very professional & patient (I asked tons of questions) and helped us choose floors we were looking for. I couldn't decide between two floors so Max showed me a third option I fell in love with right away and we ended up buying his choice for a great deal - Thank You! Definitely would recommend!
