Bob is super helpful and knowledgeable. It's completely evident he's been in the business for decades by his knowledge and helpful suggestions. 0 pressure sales , Bob just genuinely wants to help you get the best carpet (or flooring) for your needs. They don't do installs so you'll need to have your own installer lined up or I'm sure Bob could recommend a good install service. I did my own carpet, so didn't need anyone else. I didn't compare everything they had to offer but for what I needed the prices were totally competitive with the discount/box stores. If you are building a home or remodeling, check this place out before you make the purchase decision anywhere else.

I wanted a special order oak, that got delayed thru a manufacturing change. No ProblemBob followed the order all the way and kept me in the loop. Thanks Bob ! Plus, I think, is his best Installer Shawn Noble did a super clean job!! Highly Recommend Both
