        What a selection of wood floors! We have been trying to decide which one and kept going back and forth. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. So nice. Really have enjoyed working with them.

        I can't say enough good things about Natalie and the team at Fantastic Floor. I was trying to match an existing wood and Natalie went above and beyond to help me find it. She was so quick to respond and reached out to me several times with questions to be sure we were on the same page. I'm positive that I would not have found the perfect match without her help. The flooring was very reasonably priced in comparison to many other stores and TOP QUALITY! The shipping was also superior as well--fast and continued communication. I received the floors within a week from Oregon to Indiana. I highly recommend The Fantastic Floor and will definitely use for future projects!

        This must be the worst experience I have ever received by any company. She humiliated me! And its all because I asked Fantastic Floor to deliver it to my business in order to avoid paying extra fees. I run a business out of my home, and by their standards it does not quality to be a business, ok I respect that! Little did I know what is about to come my way. I didnt even get a chance to place an order. Woman calls me back and just unloaded on me with some hard-core profanity that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Lady you can't talk to customers this way! I would never be able to talk to my customers this way. Its horrible! I have never heard of representatives of any company use profanity before. Woman goes by the name of Natalie who also claims she is the manager and Owner. Terrible experience!! Stay away from this business.

      I would like to address your recent review and clarify the reasons behind our decision NOT to do business with you. Your interaction with our company was not solely with Natalie; you interacted with three different associates, and your demeanor during these interactions was quite troubling. You raised your voice and engaged in bullying behavior, which made it difficult for our team to assist you effectively.Specifically, you accused our associates of being dishonest about our warehouse fees for minimum orders. Despite being the only E-commerce company that allows orders under 300 square feet as a customer courtesy, you called the associate a liar and repeatedly demanded the individual's last name, making unwarranted threats about "finding out" the information.During your second interaction, you spoke with an associate who was not aware of your prior attempt to purchase flooring. Despite this, our associate provided you with an estimate for your order. However, you expressed strong dissatisfaction with the shipping costs from PA to NJ and raised your voice at our associate. We explained that shipping costs can be expensive for smaller orders delivered to a residence, and we offered a lower cost option by selecting terminal pickup or business delivery. It was clearly explained that a business delivery mandated a loading dock, forklift, or hand offloading the boxes, which was not applicable to a residential area. You knowingly provided your home address, falsely claiming it to be a business location. This caused significant distress for our associate, who sought guidance from our management. Management reached out to inform you that delivery could not be rated as a business delivery in a residential area or the delivery company would charge a significant expense for incorrectly rating the location. You responded with more yelling. Consequently, we decided to discontinue our business relationship with you. You continued to call us multiple times, shouting at yet another associate. There was no humiliating on our part and you are not the "victim" here. The negative experiences you described in your review were primarily due to your own rude and confrontational demeanor.We encourage you to consider approaching interactions with more kindness and respect in the future. It is a more constructive and effective way to engage with others and will undoubtedly lead to more positive experiences in life.
