Im embarrassed this took so long, and it is long overdue, but Cascade Flooring was amazing to work with. Shannon specifically helped us with our order and after a mistake was made in the warehouse with the product, Shannon was quick to respond and the company went above and beyond to remedy everything. We are beyond satisfied with the new flooring and the service was A+. I highly recommend working with folks here and supporting this great business!

We have used Cascade Flooring for carpet three times over the last 15 years. Most recently we got carpet for our bedroom since we're listing the house for sale soon. When we went in and were greeted by Cathy, we were so impressed. Next we met with Keith who heard our situation, directed us to in stock options, and scheduled the measurements. Only a few days later our amazing installers came. I was so impressed with their custmer service! The carpet is beautiful and ready to go!

We visited this store as a first stop to look at flooring to replace our disgusting carpet. With the salesman Kevan's help we choose laminate plank for 1/2 of our home. Kevan is detailed, accurate, patient and a technically knowledgeable salesman. Plus, he is nice! The crew was quickly scheduled by Ray and our project was finished in 2 workdays within a month of purchasing. The installation crew of Ken, Matt, and Jay were excellent. They arrived on time, stayed on schedule, and are skilled carpenters/installers. Ken is a competent, experienced crew leader and they gave us a quality product we love. Construction in your home is never pleasant, but this crew was terrific, Ken immediately proposed a solution to a problem, communicated to Kevan, made the change and moved on with extra cost of materials and labor, but stayed on schedule. That is good teamwork! One reason we picked this company was the recommendation by others, we found this to be true. The only unhappy customer is our old dog, she would prefer the carpet over vinyl plank, but she also liked the salesman and crew.

We used Cascade to install our carpet upstairs. They were on time and the carpet looks great. They did not clean up my driveway or garage and one of the installers spit tobacco in my bathroom sink and didnt rinse it. The gentleman in charge had to leave early for an appointment, but he was great and probably the reason the rest of the team slacked off on cleanup. We let the store manager know and she was very apologetic for the situation. *Edited after 9 months because the carpet is not wearing well at all. Its falling apart in places and shows a significant amount of wear on the stairs. I brought it to their attention because the carpet has a many years warranty. They pretty much blew me off and would not even send someone out to look at it. Considering what we spent, this is not the product or service I would expect.
