They came out to assess and repair my shower floor. Within 48 hours of their repair, the grout was coming off, leaving it look horrible. I called repeatedly, and sent pictures, requesting they repair it. Its months later now, and they still havent repaired it.

Macadam Flooring is great! Competitive pricing, good service and fast install/turnaround times. Used them quite a bit in my real estate business and will continue to do so. Scott Carden has been an excellent project manager on multiple project, would highly recommend!

So far, they've been great. The people have all been kind and just generally down to earth. We were able to get pricing and samples for flooring without any hassle. I will say they are very much on the expensive side of things.

Julia Arms was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning of our interactions. She was super helpful and knowledgeable regarding our flooring questions. Anytime we had a question, she replied very quickly which was very helpful. We had an unfortunate leak incident which called for us to redo our hardwood floors. This was our first remodel experience and Julia made it feel like an easy process. With all the Covid expected delays in our order, the shipment came earlier than projected which was awesome! :) Thank you so much Julia! Looking forward to working with you again in the future!
