I was in the Verizon store today between 1 1 PM to 1:30 PM. I did not get the gentlemans name that helped me but he was wonderful. He took care of a problem that I had from last summer. Within just a few minutes this is why we are Verizon customers for life. Because of the customer service that we received today.

Was lied to my face about the price of each phone line by Steve, an in-store rep. I confirmed three times, each amount for each line and he assured me it was correct ($65 a month for mine and my friends line, before auto pay, and $40 for my friends son line, before auto pay). Get my bill and it's an extra $10 for each line (even with auto pay). So I get to pay an extra $360 a year (3 lines) because of a liar. I will never set foot in that store again and I suggest you don't either
